Withdrawable Metal Clad Switchgear

This KYN28-24 24kV withdrawable metal clad switchgear is an indoor complete power distribution unit designed for three-phase AC 50Hz and 24kV rated systems. It is mainly used in power plants, substations, and industrial mining enterprises for power reception, distribution, control, protection, and monitoring.

The equipment adopts an armoured metal-clad structure. The cabinet is fabricated from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by CNC machining and assembly. Internally, it is divided into four independent compartments: circuit breaker chamber, busbar chamber, cable chamber, and instrument chamber. Each compartment provides IP2X protection, effectively isolating internal faults.

The circuit breaker adopts a withdrawable truck-type design. Trucks of the same specification are fully interchangeable. The truck has three positions inside the cabinet: test, isolation, and service. Each position is equipped with reliable mechanical interlocking to prevent misoperation, ensuring high operational safety.

The overall structure is strong, well-organized, and easy to maintain, making it a mature and widely used solution for 24kV distribution systems.
