Withdrawable Metal Clad AC Switchgear

This KYN28-12 12kV armoured withdrawable AC metal enclosed switchgear is a mainstream indoor complete distribution unit designed for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems. It is widely used for power reception, distribution, control, protection, and monitoring in electrical networks.

The equipment adopts an armoured assembled structure. The cabinet is fabricated from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets processed by CNC bending and bolted assembly, ensuring high structural precision and mechanical strength.

Internally, it is divided into four independent metal compartments: circuit breaker chamber, busbar chamber, cable chamber, and instrument chamber. Each compartment is fully sealed and isolated to prevent fault propagation.

The circuit breaker adopts a centrally positioned withdrawable truck-type design, allowing smooth operation and precise positioning. Trucks of the same specification are 100% interchangeable. A complete mechanical and electrical interlocking system is provided between the truck, cabinet, and door, ensuring full "Five-Prevention" safety functionality and eliminating misoperation risks.

The system features a rational layout, excellent heat dissipation, and convenient maintenance, making it one of the most widely used mature solutions in 10kV distribution systems.
