Quality Control Overview
Quality control at Nuo'an Power follows the technical requirements of each electrical product, from incoming material and component checks through manufacturing, assembly, testing, and final inspection. Our product range includes distribution transformers, compact substations, high- and low-voltage switchgear, distribution boxes, and photovoltaic power distribution equipment.
Inspection criteria are defined against the approved drawings, rated data, component configuration, applicable product standards, and order-specific requirements. The inspection scope therefore follows the design and confirmed specification of the equipment being manufactured.
Quality Management System
Quality requirements are controlled through technical documentation, product-specific acceptance criteria, and inspection checkpoints during production. Approved drawings, rated values, component lists, wiring diagrams, and confirmed order requirements provide the reference for manufacturing and inspection.
Inspection findings are assessed against the applicable requirements. A discrepancy must be reviewed and resolved before the affected product is accepted. For non-standard cabinets and project-specific configurations, the confirmed drawings and technical specification define the inspection basis.

Our Service
Technical Document Review
Confirm the product model, rated values, drawings, component lists, wiring diagrams, accessories, and order-specific acceptance criteria. Resolve inconsistencies before production proceeds.
Incoming Material Inspection
Check incoming materials and purchased components against approved specifications and the component list. Verification covers identification, quantity, visible condition, and required supplier documents.
Production Process Inspection
Inspect product-specific manufacturing operations against approved drawings and process requirements. Relevant checkpoints can include transformer core and winding assembly, insulation placement and tank fabrication, or switchgear cabinet construction, busbar arrangement and component mounting.
Assembly & Wiring Inspection
Check component positions, terminal identification, conductor routing, fastening, protective earthing, and mechanical interlocks where fitted against the approved configuration and wiring diagrams.
Product Testing
Complete the routine checks and electrical tests defined for the model and agreed test plan. Routine tests are distinguished from type tests and special tests; the applicable scope follows the product standard, design, and project requirements.
Final Inspection & Release
Verify nameplate data, markings, accessories, external condition, and packing configuration. Final acceptance follows completion of the required inspection and test items and review of the applicable records.

Inspection and test items are selected for the product design, rated values, applicable standard, and order specification. The product-specific test plan defines which checks apply to each model; the items below are representative checks, not a claim that every test is performed on every unit.
Nuo'an Power lists ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, together with management system certifications covering occupational health and safety, environmental management, and energy management.
Inspection documentation is tied to the product and the agreed inspection scope. Depending on the order, the applicable records can include completed inspection results, electrical test reports, and product identification or rated-data records. Documentation supplied for an order reflects the inspections and tests actually completed and the requirements agreed for that equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the same tests performed on every product?
-
No. The test scope varies by product type, rated values, design, applicable standard, and order requirements. The product-specific test plan identifies the checks required for the equipment.
Are routine tests the same as type tests?
-
No. Routine tests apply to individual products as specified by the applicable requirements. Type tests verify design characteristics and are not automatically repeated on every manufactured unit. Special tests are included when required by the applicable standard or project specification.
Can inspection requirements be defined for customized equipment?
-
Yes. Requirements for non-standard cabinets and project-specific configurations can be reviewed during technical clarification. The approved drawings and confirmed specification form the basis for inspection.
What quality documents can be supplied with an order?
-
The documentation depends on the product and the agreed delivery scope. Applicable inspection records and test reports correspond to the checks completed for the equipment.
How are test requirements determined for a compact substation?
-
The inspection scope considers the approved substation configuration and the requirements for its installed transformer, high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear, connections, earthing, and specified control or protection functions.
