OEM & ODM Overview
Nuo'an Power supports OEM manufacturing based on customer-approved specifications and ODM adaptation of selected existing product designs across its power distribution equipment range. Products include distribution transformers, compact substations, switchgear, cable distribution boxes, distribution boxes, and other electrical distribution equipment.
Each project begins with a review of electrical ratings, drawings, configuration, installation conditions, applicable standards, and documentation requirements. The manufacturing scope is confirmed before production.
OEM Manufacturing
OEM projects use customer-provided or jointly approved drawings, technical specifications, component schedules, and branding requirements as the basis for production. Nuo'an reviews design feasibility, component compatibility, applicable standards, and inspection requirements before confirming the scope. Manufacturing starts after the applicable technical documents have been approved.
ODM Solutions
ODM projects start from an existing Nuo'an product model or product platform. Requested changes may cover supported electrical ratings, enclosure arrangement, component configuration, accessories, and product identification, subject to the selected model's design and engineering limits.
Changes that affect rated performance, safety, or compliance are subject to technical review and documented approval. Any new product development work must be scoped and confirmed separately before it is accepted as part of a project.

Distribution Transformers
Oil-immersed and dry-type distribution transformers, including cast-resin and amorphous-alloy models within the current product range.
Compact Substations
Outdoor compact substations, wind-power compact substations and combined transformers, photovoltaic step-up substations, and underground pad-mounted transformer solutions within the listed range.
Switchgear
Fixed and withdrawable metal-enclosed switchgear, modular ring main units, outdoor metal-clad switchgear, and low-voltage MNS, GCS, GCK, and GGD series.
Electrical Distribution Equipment
Cable distribution boxes and other listed equipment, including solid-insulated switchgear, high-voltage capacitor banks, DC power cabinets, and fire-pump automatic inspection and control cabinets.
Distribution Boxes
JP integrated distribution boxes and GBL distribution cabinets. This category is distinct from cable distribution boxes listed under Electrical Distribution Equipment.

OEM & ODM Cooperation Process
We are looking for a cooperative partner to expand our business.
Requirements Submission
Provide the product category, quantity, electrical ratings, intended application, and available specifications. Drawings, single-line diagrams, applicable standards, installation conditions, branding details, and document requirements should be included where available.
Technical Review and Quotation
Nuo'an reviews the submitted information for product fit, manufacturing feasibility, component compatibility, applicable standards, and inspection scope. The proposed scope, commercial terms, and estimated schedule are then defined for quotation.
Specification and Drawing Approval
Confirm the applicable technical parameters, drawings, component configuration, product identification, and inspection requirements. Manufacturing proceeds only after the relevant documents and order requirements are approved.
Manufacturing and Inspection
Production follows the approved project documents. Inspection and testing are performed according to the selected equipment, applicable requirements, and agreed inspection scope.
Packaging and Delivery
Packaging, shipping marks, delivery arrangements, and the agreed technical and inspection documents are prepared according to the confirmed order.
Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Nuo'an Power's website lists a manufacturing site covering 15,000 m² of land, including 8,000 m² of building area, and an ISO 9001 quality management system. Certification scope and current validity should be confirmed against the applicable certificate.
