• Vacuum oil filling technology completely removes internal moisture and prevents insulating oil from contacting air, effectively slowing insulation aging and oil deterioration while reducing maintenance requirements.
• Standard pressure relief valve enhances operational safety, while an optional gas relay with alarm and trip contacts provides additional protection.
• Standard thermometer pocket on the tank cover allows convenient temperature monitoring, with outdoor signal thermometers available for high-capacity models.
• Windings utilize corrugated oil ducts, non-varnish insulation technology, and compression band reinforcement for excellent mechanical strength. High-voltage tap changers are accessible from the tank cover for convenient adjustment after power isolation.

S11 (13)-M Series Features

• The magnetic core is manufactured from high-permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel with a fully mitered laminated structure. The multi-step circular core design optimizes the magnetic circuit, resulting in lower operating losses and improved efficiency.

S13-M.RL Three-Dimensional Wound Core Series Features

• Three-phase symmetrical wound core constructed from cold-rolled silicon steel with performance equivalent to or better than 2a7ZH100, providing balanced magnetic circuits and shorter magnetic paths.
• The core is manufactured using specialized winding equipment and vacuum annealing technology to eliminate internal stress and significantly improve electromagnetic performance.
• Seamless triangular core construction minimizes magnetic resistance while increasing the filling factor of the circular core columns for industry-leading magnetic performance.
• High-purity copper windings deliver superior mechanical strength, excellent vibration resistance, and outstanding impact resistance for demanding industrial environments.
