Our PV Step-up Substation is a complete integrated step-up power solution developed specifically for photovoltaic power generation systems, combining advanced domestic and international engineering technologies.

 

The system integrates a power transformer, load switch, and high-voltage fuses into a compact unit. The transformer insulating oil serves both as an insulating and cooling medium. A fully sealed structure combined with vacuum oil filling technology effectively isolates the system from air and moisture, significantly slowing insulation oil aging and ensuring long-term operational stability.

 

The enclosure undergoes sandblasting, acid washing, phosphating, and multi-layer coating treatment, providing excellent corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and UV protection. It is capable of withstanding harsh outdoor environments such as desert wind, sand erosion, and coastal salt spray.

 

Internally, the transformer and tank adopt reinforced structural design. High and low voltage leads use flexible connections, while key joints are secured with cold-pressed welding and anti-loosening structures. Even after long-distance transportation and vibration, the unit typically requires no core-lifting inspection.

 

The high-voltage side is equipped with a graded fuse protection system for full-range fault protection. The high and low voltage compartments are reasonably arranged; 10kV models feature interlocked cabinet doors, while 35kV models are equipped with electromagnetic locking systems to ensure operational safety. The overall design is compact, lightweight, and easy to install on-site.
